By accessing our site and courses, you agree to follow these terms and applicable rules. Content is for educational use.
License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials. Redistribution is not allowed without permission.
Materials include videos, audio stems, text lessons, project files, and assessments. Any attempt to re-host, scrape, or make derivative libraries available publicly without express authorization violates this license.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of consent, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach so we can assist with remediation.
User Conduct
Do not attempt to disrupt services, bypass access controls, or misuse interactive features.
Prohibited behavior includes uploading malware, attempting to reverse engineer platform protections, sharing premium content publicly, automating requests that degrade service, and harassing instructors or other learners.
Payments
All prices are shown before taxes or fees where applicable. Refunds follow the course policy described at checkout.
You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the amounts due. For subscriptions, recurring charges continue until you cancel. You can cancel anytime via your account area; access usually remains through the paid billing period.
Intellectual Property
All platform content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not remove notices, watermarks, or DRM mechanisms from any media provided. The Deepwood Audio name and associated marks are our property.
Acceptable Use
Use the services only for lawful, personal learning. Do not impersonate others, use bots to harvest data, or overload our infrastructure. You agree to comply with applicable export controls and local regulations.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools for payments, analytics, or streaming. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party failures or content.
Privacy
We collect limited data to operate the service and improve learning outcomes. Details are described in our privacy practices available from the site footer. Where consent is required (e.g., cookies beyond essential), we will request it.
Disclaimers
Courses are provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment, admissions, or revenue. Some techniques may vary by hardware, software versions, and personal skill.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepwood Audio School and its instructors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, features, or policies. If updates are material, we will provide notice via the site or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law of your country of residence unless local consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes will be handled in a competent court with appropriate jurisdiction.
Accessibility
We aim for inclusive access with keyboard navigation, captions, and transcripts where feasible. If you encounter barriers, contact us and we will work to provide reasonable accommodations.
